TERMS OF GIFTWARE

DELIVERY ON SUNDAY OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Sunday (except for Mother's, Father’s and Valentine Day) or Public Holiday deliveries are not available. Should you select Sunday or a Public Holiday for delivery, your order will automatically be delivered the next working day .

Please Note

95% of our orders are delivered between 24 to 48 hrs the 5% can be up to 72 hrs depending on how difficult it is to reach the recipient, Delivery of Art can take up to 3 to 5 working days to be delivered because of printing process. We will always keep the purchaser up to date in the process of delivery if their is any difficulties.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME

We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so.  If for some reason it is not safe leave we will leave a calling card and do our best to return to the address the same day, however, an additional delivery charge may apply.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Kiss kiss LoVE Gifts is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.

REFUNDS

All of our giftware is checked and inpsected before being sent out, this is so we do not wast your time or our and in the event that we missed some part of this process, we will happily replace this product if received faulty or damaged, But if the gifts has been neglected or damaged by the recipient, We will not replace the gift because of their mistake or negligence ...

We are committed to providing you with access to personal information we hold about you. You may request access to any of the personal information we hold about you at any time and we will take all reasonable steps to respond within five working days. We aim to respond immediately where we can, however we may need to contact other people or organizations to properly respond to your request.

These include where the information relates to existing or reasonably anticipated legal proceedings or if such request is vexatious. If access is denied, you will be informed why that has occurred.

Where possible, we will correct the personal information immediately, although we may require five working days where we need to consult other people or organizations to properly respond to your request.

All service users have a right to complain about the service they are receiving without fear of retribution, and can expect complaints to be dealt with fairly, promptly, and confidentially by management.
